Before and After...

It's Thursday.
Time for a little before and after action.
So, I learned a valuable lesson this week.
When you change the settings on your camera...
Change them back to normal after that shoot.
I have been shooting for the past 4 days with my camera ISO set at 640.
And the metering mode set to spot metering.
Oh well, enter photoshop elements.
She always knows just what to do.

Here is the very sad before.
Duck face blur and all!

And the slightly less sad after.

Doesn't it just make you want to waddle?
Sort of?

Well then, waddle on over to Pixel Perfect and check out some more before and after photos.

**This was edited in Photoshop Elements 6.

Beautiful edit - even if the ISO was 640 :-)

I think the camera angle is what makes it. Great picture, Julie. Love the edit!

Love, love, love it! This is EXACTLY the sort of look that I've been leaning toward lately. I would LOVE to have a print of this to hang in my son's bathroom (hint, hint)! ; )

You do such a nice job editing. I just love Buck too. He's so cute. Here's a question how do you know he's a Buck and not a Becky? :-)

What are you saying? That I waddle when I walk? I don't appreciate the insinuation. ;)

As always, great job. Your pictures always end up so warm looking. I love it.

P.S. Next week, you know you're a mom when-sdaze will be a competition.

P.S.S Just kidding.

As usual your photo is beautiful!! I wish I knew more about how to use a camera. I get lost in ISO, Apeture, Shutter Speed...ugh.

This doesn't pertain to this post, but I just wanted to comment about Amazima...I LOVE her blog, what an amazing young woman. We adopted a child last September from the organization. I haven't ever seen anyone else that knows about it!
